1. Extract the file to the folder "My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2009/skins". If the folder "skins" isn't there, create it yourself.
2. In FM09, go to Preferences. At the top, change the skin to this one. Click on "Confirm".
3. The skin should work.
