It's Steklo X3! Let the semi transparentosity wash over you.
Newer! v1.2, with various fixes and an FMC version!
Extract the 7z file (you may need winrar or 7zip) into your skins folder (this should be Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/skins).
If you don't have a skins folder, just create it, and make sure the steklo_x3 and steklo_x3fmc folder inside the 7z file is placed directly inside the skins folder, and not a subfolder of it.
If you've got a previous version, go back to the default skin, then delete the old steklo_x3 folders before installing the new version
CUSTOM BACKGROUNDS
Until I can get them to work a bit more neatly, use this temporary fix if you want background pictures to display in game:
Open panels/client object browser.xml in a text editor.
Right at the top, should be the following line:
If you want a different default background, just choose a number from 1 to 7 to add to this bit: file="backgrounds/1"
You can also change the overlay by changing the number in appearance="boxes/overlay/40/paper" (20, 40, 60 or 80 are the valid choices)
